Our Labor Law Department specializes in all areas of labor law, pension funds and social security, as well as a unique and additional specialization in corporate governance and regulations with respect to the workplace and labor law risk management.

The Labor department represents institutional and private employers, with respect to implementation of recovery plans, structural changes, privatization of companies and re-organization. Within this framework, the department prepares various agreements, including retirement agreements, and accompanies the firm's clients in the recruitment of employees, employee dismissals and cut-backs. The department also assists the firm's clients in matters of labor law arising in the course of mergers and acquisitions, changes of ownership and other transactions. Our firm has extensive and valuable experience in the negotiation and drafting of individual and collective agreements amongst private entities, state authorities and public organizations.
