Deborah Lotstein, a senior associate with the firm,  is an Arizona/New York licensed attorney with expertise in the areas of US commercial real estate transactions, commercial finance, private real estate funds, and general commercial transactions.

With a unique and diverse background, Deborah serves as an integral member of the Capital Markets and Finance, General Commercial Transactions and Investments and Private Equity teams.  Representation includes advising Israeli institutional investors, family offices and private capital groups with respect to a variety of U.S. based investments; structuring and negotiating US domiciled limited partnerships, limited liability companies, and joint ventures; drafting and negotiating financing transactions; representing underwriters in connection with the issuance of bonds on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) by US multi-family, commercial, office, retail and other income producing property companies; and advising clients as to a wide variety of general commercial matters and matters of US law.

Deborah joined the firm in 2018.  Previously Deborah worked in a number of positions in both Israel and the US, including as general counsel of Alto Real Estate Funds (Tel Aviv), in-house counsel with BrightSource Industries Israel (Jerusalem), and an associate in the real estate departments of Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP (NY), Olshan Grundman and Frome LLP (NY) and Snell & Wilmer LLP (AZ).
