In the capital markets space, our attorneys counsel institutional investors and other investors as to debt and equity issuances, advising with respect to applicable regulatory requirements, performing in-depth due diligence, providing risk analysis, engaging in sophisticated negotiations, drafting a full spectrum of transactional documents involving complicated and sensitive legal issues, and providing representation with respect to matters involving the Israeli Securities Authority (ISA) and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE). In addition, the firm acts as local counsel for a number of foreign banks and investment houses in connection with their activity in Israel.
Of particular pride to the firm is our unrivaled representation of Israeli institutional investors and underwriters in connection with the public issuance of bonds and other debt instruments by Israeli and U.S. companies on the TASE.
In the area of structured finance, our attorneys advise Israeli banks and financial institutions, alternative finance providers, and corporate borrowers as to the structuring, negotiation and documentation of all types of financing transactions, including asset-based loans, acquisition financing, leveraged financing, structured products, and alternative lending. Our structured finance team commands an in-depth understanding of finance and alternative investments, enabling us to identify the key matters in any structured finance transaction, and, accordingly, to mitigate potential risk.
