Senior Associate
Chen Moshe is a senior associate in the Capital Markets and Finance department, specializing in a wide variety of finance transactions, including secured and unsecured loans, acquisition finance, property finance, bond finance and debt restructuring, on behalf of Israeli institutional investors, banks, financial institutions, underwriters, non-traditional lenders and corporate borrowers.
Chen is particularly focused on the representation of Israeli institutional investors and underwriters with respect to public and private debt issued on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE). Of particular note is Chen’s representation of Israeli institutional investors in connection with the issuance of bonds on the TASE by U.S. real estate companies, of which he is recognized for his industry knowledge and experience, and unflinching representation.
Representation includes reviewing and negotiation of loan and security documents, performing due diligence, advising as to risk management considerations, and providing sophisticated advice to institutional investors and financial institutions as to regulatory matters.
In addition, to his work in the capital markets and finance arena, Chen also advises as to a wide variety of general corporate matters.
Chen joined the firm in 2014. Previously he was an associate with leading capital markets law firms.
