Lee Ben Zaken, chair of the firm’s Pension and Long-Term Savings practice, is recognized throughout the Israeli pension and provident fund world as an expert in the areas of plan governance, administration and restructuring. Representing some of Israel’s largest pension funds, provident funds and long-term savings funds, Lee regularly advises with respect to both day-to-day fund activitiesand asset transfers and restructurings, and is equally comfortable at both the drafting and negotiation table, and representing clients in front of the Commissioner of Capital Markets.
Since 2005 Lee has served as outside legal adviser to the Israeli Association of Investment Houses, a blanket organization for Israeli investment houses with a mandate of fostering dialogue among legislators, regulators, governmental authorities, other public entities and the media so as to promote shared rights and interests, and generate change as needed.
Lee has been a member of the firm since 2003 and a partner since 2007.
