Roy Gil, a senior associate with the firm, specializes in mergers and acquisitions, securities law, high-tech law and commercial law, and general commercial transactions.
With a unique and diverse background, Roy serves as an integral member of the Capital Markets and Finance, General Commercial Transactions, Investments and Private Equity teams. Representation includes advising Israeli institutional investors, family offices and private capital group; limited partnerships, limited liability companies, and joint ventures; drafting and negotiating financing transactions; and advising clients as to a wide variety of general commercial matters.
Roy has over a decade of expertise in complex large scale transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, international and local joint ventures, high-tech companies, financial restructuring, due diligences, public offerings and re-organization.
Roy joined the firm in 2021. Previously Roy worked in law firms and as an inhouse counsel, including as general counsel of Diesenhaus-B.T.C. Ltd (Israel’s largest travel company).
